Interpersonal Effectiveness skills are designed to help us navigate our relationships with other people. The skills in this section will help you to define your priorities in your relationships and will suggest ways in which you can interact to ensure you get your needs met.

Please note, each activity begins with a Mindfulness Practice, which we invite you to participate in. Mindfulness is a core technique which, with practice, helps us control the focus of our minds.
