Overview:

Are you curious? How much do you know about the ICS? What is it? How will it add value? How will we work differently?
Join a panel of experienced leaders from Organisations within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care System to discuss questions raised around the People Promise.
The intended outcome is to find understanding, common ground and build the foundations of the new system, through curious enquiry and shared experiences.
We know our own Organisational or team challenges, but are they the same challenges as the rest of the system?
How do we work as a team to meet our patient needs?
How do we benefit from economies of scale and collective leadership?
The conversation starts now, finding connectivity and positive outcomes for our patients and peers.

Exploring Vertical Development and the LDF - Leadership Development Framework

The object of the session is to introduce the notion of Vertical Development and the LDF to a wider audience of leaders, in the hope that the session will promote among attendees curiosity, about, and perhaps interest in, working with colleagues from a Vertically Developmental perspective as well as understanding some of the transformational leadership capabilities that could support and enable staff to re-connect with their own development and growth.
These capabilities would be aligned with the NHS 'People Promise"", with particular emphasis on 'We are always Learning' and 'We are a team'.
The session covers:
    • Positive use of language
    • Inquiry based experimentation
    • Courageous use of power
    • Passionate detachment
    • Engaging difference
    • A reframing mind
    • Complex systems leadership
