About the speaker
Caroline Evanson biography
Since 2013, Caroline has worked independently as a coach and facilitator. She works with clients in large corporate, public and charitable organisations to provide individual coaching, as well as facilitation of management development workshops.
She believes that our satisfaction and success at work is directly linked to the strength of the relationships we have with those around us and thoroughly enjoys coaching which enables the client to develop, sustain and nurture great working relationships. As a facilitator, she focuses on developing both awareness of, and skills in, the essential conversations which leaders and managers need to master.
Prior to working independently, she spent 12 years working as a professional HR practitioner across 3 complex multi-national organisations, in a range of advisory, managerial and training roles.
