Have you ever thought of sharpening your leadership skills and thought about what's next for your development? Are you curious about why compassionate teams are important and how our new CEO will inspire leadership at all levels?  or how our networks could support you and your team? Perhaps you’re interested to hear when some of our leaders have overcome obstacles and used that as an opportunity to enhance their leadership behaviours! Maybe you want to understand more about the "People Promise" and how we all have a voice that counts? This will be an opportunity give you some Quality Improvement tools to move your service forward, introduce a peer support approach within your team, understand how we can lead our team through difficult situation, such as grief.
  
We've taken on previous years' feedback and as a result this year’s Leading Together events will be part of a season, with more face to face workshops and better opportunities to connect clinical and corporate settings. Session will wrap around the themes of our PRIDE values and the new behaviours framework CPFT Behaviours Framework 2024, developed from what staff have said that they would like to see modelled and what they don’t want to see. Be vocal about what you need, as October to December evaluation will influence and build the programme for January and February events, together.
