We are excited to welcome you all back to the Leading Together Festival this October (2023) in the year that we’ve celebrated 75 years of the NHS.
In 2022 we welcomed over 1500 people from across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care System to over 40 sessions. This year we are hoping to continue the opportunity to develop and reflect together, around the themes of Staff Experience, Inclusion and Leadership. This year’s sessions will continue to allow us to share knowledge and develop communities of practice, to support our staff, patients, and residents. Events are open to all staff working in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care system from Health, Care and Voluntary and Community Groups, regardless of pay scale or role.
