What's on offer?

Co-designed with input from local representatives, the following sessions explore what partnership working looks like across teams and organisations. Hosted by Leadership Academy's partner, Tricordant, participants will enhance their capability to think and act as leaders within systems by:

• Understanding and exploring a 'Leadership Transformation' topic
• Feeling confident to apply some practical tools
• Learning, sharing and growing with colleagues in similar situations

Who is it for?

Anyone involved in change and transformation, delivery of new integrated care services, organisation and partnership development working in health and social care systems across England.
