The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism is for people who require general understanding of the support autistic people or people with a learning disability may need. It is the government’s preferred and recommended training for health and social care staff and more

It comes in two standardised tiers of blended learning and staff are required to undertake Tier 1 or Tier 2 training depending on their role.
