To explore steadiness and stability: Leading starts with you… Sometimes life seems to throw so much weather at us that our minds are led astray, and it is difficult to maintain our inner stability.

The Mountain offers us a visual metaphor for remaining calm and centred, responding to and celebrating with life’s ups and downs without getting caught up in or overwhelmed by the superficial elements that surround us.
